Eutectic plates for the catering , butchery and bakery needs. Support the cold chain for a longer transport time 

 

• Extend the reliable temperature stability : Your food will stay fresh even longer and frozen longer. Thus, you can also extend the transport time . Especially handy if your RTD is not fully charged. Supports supply chain according to HACCP standard.
• Features: Wiederwendbar as often as you want . The cork is ultrasonically welded. The special design of the plate will remain stable during the freeze. Please note the Einfrieranleitung .
• Easy to use: freeze for 24 h and then insert it into the RTD . In the thermo - loaders , the cooling plate is inserted into the top rail .
• Instructions: Place the eutectic plate horizontally and at least 24 hours before using it in the freezer.
• Important: Please do not wash in the dishwasher !
